PJ Zaji is a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate professional known for a direct, strategic approach to buying and selling real estate. With more than a decade of experience and over 1,000 real estate transactions throughout his career, PJ brings extensive experience in negotiation, deal structure, new construction, and residential real estate.

PJ works with buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with a strong focus on North Dallas and Collin County communities including McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, and Celina.

His approach goes beyond simply finding a home or writing an offer. PJ focuses on understanding the numbers, identifying leverage, evaluating incentives and financing options, and structuring each transaction around his client's specific goals.

As both a real estate professional and someone with mortgage lending experience, PJ understands how the purchase price, financing, interest rate, seller concessions, builder incentives, and closing costs work together. That perspective allows him to help clients evaluate the entire transaction, not just the asking price.

PJ also specializes in new construction and works extensively with builders and master-planned communities throughout North Texas. He helps buyers compare builders, communities, incentives, tax rates, HOA costs, upgrades, and resale considerations before making a decision.
