Hi, I’m Chana—a proud Texas native, originally from Arlington and now happily calling Midlothian home for the past 10 years. I’m a recent empty nester, stepping into a new chapter of life alongside our rescue lab, Nash, and embracing a quieter—but deeply fulfilling—season.
Outside of real estate, I recharge outdoors. You’ll find me gardening, hiking, camping, or planning our next getaway—especially to places like Tyler State Park or Meridian. Sundays are for slowing down…unless the Cowboys are playing, in which case all bets are off.
Professionally, I bring 18 years of mortgage lending experience as a former processor and underwriter into every real estate transaction. That background gives my clients an added layer of confidence—I understand the numbers, the details, and how to navigate the fine print.
While I work with a wide range of buyers and sellers, I have a special passion for helping empty nesters who are ready to finally buy a home for themselves—a home that reflects where they are now and supports the life they’ve earned.
