My name is Carra Brown, and I’m honored to guide you through this program as you build the skills, systems, and confidence to thrive in real estate.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in Training and Development, helping professionals grow their careers and achieve measurable success. Over time, that passion led me to real estate, where I now combine my experience as a producing agent with my background in coaching and education to help new agents build strong sustainable businesses.
I was born and raised in Oregon, spent seven years in New York with my husband, and eventually found my home here in Texas, where I plan to stay forever. Texas is where I built my real estate career and where I now have the privilege of helping agents like you Launch theirs.
At Monument Realty, I lead Launch, our lead conversion and development program built to give you the tools, strategies, and real-world know-how to succeed. One of our primary goals together is to help you successfully close four lead transactions within your first 4-6 months. These lead opportunities are designed to jumpstart your production, accelerate your learning curve, and set the foundation for a thriving long-term business.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and proud mom of two busy boys, ages 5 and 8, and most Saturdays you’ll find me at the baseball fields cheering them on. Our family loves to travel and make memories together whenever we can, and I’ll never pass up a Starbucks run along the way! My family is a big part of why I work so hard, and I want you to discover your own “why” as you build a career that can change your future.
