About Carra Brown

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in Training and Development, helping professionals grow their careers and achieve measurable success. Over time, that passion led me to real estate, where I now combine my experience as a producing agent with my background in coaching and education to help new agents build strong sustainable businesses.

I was born and raised in Oregon, spent seven years in New York with my husband, and eventually found my home here in Texas, where I plan to stay forever. Texas is where I built my real estate career and where I now have the privilege of helping agents like you Launch theirs.

At Monument Realty, I lead Elevate — a program designed for agents who already know the basics and are ready to sharpen the skills that directly impact their income. Through 4 in-person classes, ongoing coaching, and personalized accountability, Elevate gives you advanced strategies, real-world implementation, and individualized support in a small group environment built to move the needle.

Most importantly, I want you to know that I’m invested in you. This program isn’t just about training; it’s about helping you build a business and life you’re proud of. Outside of work, I’m a wife and proud mom of two busy boys, ages 5 and 8, and most Saturdays you’ll find me at the baseball fields cheering them on. Our family loves to travel and make memories together whenever we can, and I’ll never pass up a Starbucks run along the way! My family is a big part of why I work so hard, and I want you to discover your own “why” as you build a career that can change your future.
