About Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith is a full-time Realtor and Office Leader for Monument Realty’s Prosper office. With more than 150 families served and over $110 million in career sales volume, Ashley brings extensive experience, strong market knowledge, and a personal approach to every transaction.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Ashley spent more than 12 years in the mortgage industry as a senior loan processor and delegated underwriter. That experience gives her a unique understanding of financing, contracts, and the many details that can impact a transaction. Whether she is representing a buyer, marketing a listing, assisting with new construction, or helping a repeat client make their next move, Ashley is known for providing honest guidance, clear communication, and steady leadership from start to finish.

Ashley is also proud to lead Monument Realty’s Prosper office, where she mentors agents, supports their businesses, and helps create a collaborative and welcoming culture. She has been recognized among the top 2% of REALTORS® in North DFW and as one of D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents for more than five years.

A native Texan and University of North Texas graduate, Ashley lived in Frisco for 16 years before making Prosper home. Her firsthand knowledge of Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Celina, and the surrounding North DFW communities allows her to offer clients valuable insight into the neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and lifestyle each area provides.

Ashley and her husband have been married for more than 20 years and are raising their son and daughter in Prosper. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son perform on stage, cheering on her daughter from the sidelines, supporting the local community, and loving on her dog.
