Abby Bennett is a Broker Associate with Monument Realty who believes great real estate representation starts with helping clients feel informed, prepared, and confident in every decision they make.
Born and raised in Lewisville, Texas, Abby brings a lifetime of local knowledge to buyers and sellers throughout the DFW area. Before entering real estate in 2019, she spent six years as an educator, an experience that continues to shape the way she serves her clients today. She takes the time to simplify the process, explain the why behind her recommendations, and provide honest guidance from beginning to end.
For sellers, Abby combines strategic pricing, thoughtful preparation, professional marketing, and strong negotiation to position each home for the best possible outcome. For buyers, she serves as both an advocate and advisor, helping clients confidently navigate everything from finding the right home to negotiations and repairs.
Abby is also one of Monument Realty’s primary trainers, educating agents throughout the company and helping develop curriculum for the brokerage’s training programs. She leads Monument’s Listing Leads Team, where she coaches agents on listing strategy, client communication, follow-up, and conversion. The strategies Abby uses with her own clients are the same strategies she is trusted to teach other real estate professionals.
Known for her energy, authenticity, and heart of a teacher, Abby’s goal is simple: to provide expert guidance, honest advice, and a real estate strategy tailored to what matters most to each client.
Outside of real estate, Abby enjoys CrossFit, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being a mom to her fun-loving, energetic little boy.
