Damon Matusz

Damon Matusz, originally from Ohio, has called the DFW area home since moving to Plano, TX, at age 8. With degrees in Exercise Science from UNT and Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern, Damon spent over 20 years helping older adults and seniors as a Physical Therapist.

In 2019, he transitioned to real estate, bringing the same care, professionalism, and attention to detail to his clients. As a Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) and founder of SALT DFW, LLC (Senior Adult Living Transitions), Damon specializes in guiding seniors and their families through the complexities of downsizing by leveraging experienced vetted resources in key areas to ease the burden of this later in life transition.

While passionate about senior transitions, Damon also works with a wide range of residential buyers and sellers, working tirelessly for them while offering skillful negotiation and a first-class experience to help achieve their real estate goals and dreams.
