Amanda joined Monument Realty in 2017 & was one of the first two agents hired.
Amanda served for two years as VP of Operations, overseeing all of the daily operations, before recently transitioning to VP of Strategy. In her new role, Amanda is responsible for creating, formalizing & executing strategic-planning processes & driving tactical execution of Monument's vision - ensuring all departments are aligned & focused to meet company goals.
Prior to Monument, Amanda worked for over 10 years at Bank of America in lending, GSE program management & risk/compliance as well as worked in marketing & advertising for three before that. In her spare time, you can find Amanda watching her daughters play softball, enjoying live music, traveling, or spending time with family & friends.
