A little bit about me...
Becky Chance realized her passion for real estate almost a decade ago and never looked back. After her two children started elementary school, she decided to try her hand at real estate and began working as a personal assistant in the industry. She enjoyed everything about the field and quickly earned her real estate license. She was later given the opportunity to shadow a Top Producer who helped her develop her talents and hone in on her unique skill set. Her drive and know-how led her to an executive staff position, where she gained a wealth of knowledge about the detailed managerial side of real estate. She devoured everything she could about real estate law, transactional procedures, and client satisfaction, and was soon promoted to Team Lead where she was tasked with training, recruiting, coaching, and building a successful team of agents.
By 2021, Becky had become well known in the Dallas market for her strong negotiation skills, contribution in the community, and ability to move properties quickly. She grew her team from 3 Agents to 57 Agents. The team consistently won numerous awards and scored the number 2 spot in the Region with $239 Million in sales and 708 closed transactions.
Becky was named Best Real Estate Agent in Dallas by D Magazine in 2020 and again in 2021. She was chosen as a Top 500 Agent in the prestigious Dallas Real Producers community, and was featured in Voyage Magazine, and Real Producers Magazine as the Inspirational Agent for 2021. Becky went on to receive the highly coveted “Team Player” Award at the Espy’s in 2021. With over 10k votes, this prestigious award was voted on by her Peers, Clients, and industry partners.
Becky joined forces with Monument Realty in January 2023 as an Agent and Recruiter, where she is now focused on using her vast knowledge to ensure successful transactional experiences for first-time homeowners, out of state buyers, future homeowners, relocation clients, empty nesters, and scouting talent for the brokerage. She is fully committed to listening to her clients’ needs, utilizing social media and a cultivated team of professional service providers to showcase listings and continually surpass buying and selling expectations. Becky is often praised by clients and colleagues for being detail-oriented, thorough, easy to work with, communicative, and above all, dedicated to providing the best experience for her clients.
